Pricing questions

Why a monthly plan?

Because a system is only useful if it keeps running. The monthly plan covers hosting, security, backups, updates and support, so you never have to think about it.

Can I change packages later?

Yes. Start small and move up whenever you're ready. You only pay the difference in setup.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans run for a minimum of 6 months, then you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you leave, you get a full copy of your data.

What isn't included?

Your domain name (about $15 a year, registered in your name) and usage-based costs from other providers, like text messages or card payment fees, which we pass on at cost with no markup.
